If the property was built before 1978, the AI automatically includes lead paint disclosure requirements in the lease.
Step 2: Set Your Lease Terms
Enter the lease start date, duration, monthly rent, security deposit, pet policy, and any custom provisions. The AI checks your deposit amount against your state's legal limit and warns you if it exceeds the cap. You set the terms; the AI ensures they're legally compliant.
Step 3: AI Generates the Lease
Click generate and the AI creates a complete lease agreement in under 60 seconds. The draft includes all standard provisions plus state-specific clauses: deposit limit and return rules with statute citations, required disclosures for your jurisdiction, late fee provisions that comply with state caps and grace periods, entry notice requirements, habitability standards, and fair housing language. Every legal provision includes the actual statute number.
Step 4: AI Review for Compliance
After generation, run AI Review with one click. The AI scans the entire lease for missing clauses, compliance gaps, and inconsistencies. Each issue gets a description and a Fix button.
